CITY OF ESCALON INVITATION TO BID The City of Escalon ("City") will receive sealed bids at the office of the City Clerk, 2060 McHenry Avenue, Escalon, CA 95320 on the date listed below, at which time or thereafter said bids will be opened and read aloud for performing the work for the following project: BID DUE DATE on or before: Tuesday, June 11, 2024 until 10:00:00 AM for the: DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT The bids shall cover: CROSSROADS PLAZA SIDEWALK REPAIR PROJECT: The project consists of removal and replacement of the concrete sidewalk between Crossroads Plaza and State Route 120. The work involved will require root removal and landscape and irrigation modifications. The project also consists of an asphalt grind and overlay of the existing parking lot driveway. Bidders must be pre-qualified*. Bids must be submitted on the City's Bid Forms. Bidders must obtain an electronic or paper copy of the Contract Documents by email, Public Purchase, or at City Hall. Paper copies from City Hall cost TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($25.00). All Bidders must pre-register before the bid opening with the City of Escalon Community Development / Public Works Office (Jenny Thompson: jthompson@cityofescalon.org).
