PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Escalon will hold a public hearing in the Escalon City Council Chambers, 2060 McHenry Avenue, Escalon, California, April 7, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. to receive and consider evidence and reports relative to the following matters: 1. Consideration of an expenditure plan for the City of Escalon's Fiscal Year 2025- 2026 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. 2. Consideration of an expenditure plan for the City of Escalon's Fiscal Year 2025- 2026 HOME Fund program. If you wish to challenge the nature of any of the above actions in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Escalon, at or prior to the public hearing. All interested parties are invited to attend said hearing and express opinions or submit evidence for or against the proposal as outlined above.
