PUBLIC NOTICE PERMIT GRANTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 9.12.030A.2 In accordance with Manteca Municipal Section 9.12.030A.2, the Police Chief has reviewed and approved the application submitted by the Manteca Chamber of Commerce to serve Alcoholic beverages on a public street. The permit is requested in conjunction with the Crossroads Watermelon Street Faire on Saturday, June 7, 2025 to Sunday, June 8, 2025. Alcoholic beverages will be served at Wilson Park in an enclosed area on Saturday, June 7, 2025 to Sunday, June 8, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Should you wish to appeal the granting of this permit or have any objections to this event, please file a letter of appeal with the City Clerk at 1001 W. Center St., Manteca, California 95337 on or before 5:30 p.m., April 7, 2025. You may contact the City Clerk's office by calling (209) 456-8017 if you have any questions regarding this matter.
