CITY OF LATHROP NOTICE INVITING BIDS FOR LEGAL ADVERTISEMENTS FOR FY 2025-2026 (PCC 20169) Notice is hereby given that the City of Lathrop invites sealed bids for legal advertising for the City of Lathrop. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Response to Request for Bids Proposals for Legal Advertising for FY 25-26, May 15, 2025, 2:00 p.m." in the bottom left hand corner and shall be delivered to the City Clerk of the City of Lathrop, 390 Towne Centre Drive, Lathrop, CA 95330. Bid proposals shall be due before 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 15, 2025. At that time, all proposals will be publicly opened, examined and declared in the Lathrop Council Chamber, 390 Towne Centre Drive, Lathrop, CA. Social distancing rules will be enforced during the reading of the bids. The work to be performed under this contract shall consist of legal advertisements for the City of Lathrop for Fiscal Year 2025-2026. Bid packets may be obtained in person at the City Clerk's Department, City Hall, 390 Towne Centre Drive, Lathrop, CA 95330, or downloaded from the City's website at: https://www.ci.lathrop.ca.us/rfps. All bids must be made on the Bids Forms provided by the City of Lathrop. Any questions regarding the document may be posted in writing to the City Clerk, City of Lathrop, 390 Towne Centre Drive, Lathrop, CA 95330. The City of Lathrop hereby notifies all Proposers that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business and woman owned business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration of the award of this contract.
