NOTICE OF ORDINANCE O2025-06 ADOPTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MANTECA The City Council of the City of Manteca, California, at its meeting of April 15, 2025, adopted Ordinance O2025-06, an urgency Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Manteca, State of California, establishing a temporary moratorium on the establishment of new, and relocation or expansion of existing tobacco retailer businesses, also known as smoke shops, withing the City of Manteca to become effective immediately.
