NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON INTENTION TO APPROVE AN AMENDMENT TO THE BOUNDARY MAP FOR RIVER ISLANDS PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 2023-2 (PUBLIC FACILITIES SUPPLEMENTAL) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 12, 2025, the Board of Directors (the "Board of Directors") of the River Islands Public Financing Authority (the "Authority") adopted a resolution (the "Resolution of Intention"), declaring its intention to approve an amended boundary map for River Islands Public Financing Authority Community Facilities District No. 2023-2 (Public Facilities Supplemental) (the "District") pursuant to the Mello-Roos Community Facilities Act of 1982, as amended (the "Act"). Capitalized terms that are not otherwise defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to them in the Resolution of Intention and the exhibits thereto. The proposed amended boundary map of the District includes additional territory which may be annexed to the District upon the unanimous consent and approval of the owners of such property. The foregoing is only a summary of the Resolution of Intention which is on file with the Secretary of the Authority. The full text of the Resolution of Intention should be referred to by any interested party for greater detail. PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD ON JUNE 13, 2025, AT THE HOUR OF 9:00 A.M., OR AS SOON THEREAFTER AS SUCH MATTER CAN BE HEARD, AT A REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS TO BE HELD AT THE CONFERENCE ROOM OF RIVER ISLANDS AT LATHROP AT 73 WEST STEWART ROAD, LATHROP, CALIFORNIA. MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC WHO WISH TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PUBLIC HEARING ARE ADVISED TO REVIEW THE BOARD OF DIRECTOR'S AGENDA FOR INFORMATION WITH RESPECT TO THE METHOD OF PARTICIPATION. AT THE PUBLIC HEARING, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS WILL HEAR ALL EVIDENCE AND TESTIMONY BY ALL INTERESTED PERSONS, PROPERTY OWNERS, VOTERS AND TAXPAYERS FOR OR AGAINST THE MATTERS DESCRIBED ABOVE.
