PUBLIC NOTICE
2025 ANNUAL PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE PROJECT (ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: $1,300,000) SEALED BIDS will be received by the City Clerk of the City of Manteca at 1001 West Center Street, Manteca, California until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, June 26, 2025, for the 2025 ANNUAL PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE PROJECT (Project). As soon as practical thereafter, sealed bids for the project will be publicly opened and read for performing work as follows: Furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment, and performing all work necessary and incidental to the construction of the project known as the 2025 ANNUAL PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE PROJECT according to the plans and specifications as prepared by the City of Manteca and according to the Contract Documents. The work includes microsurfacing, cape seal, digouts, crack seal, striping, traffic control, and all other incidentals necessary to complete the work. Project shall have Substantial Completion within 30 calendar days and Final Completion within 45 calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. Time for commencement and completion of the work is important, and is the essence of the Contract.
