NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Ripon City Council will hold a public hearing at a meeting on Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in the City of Ripon Council Chambers, 259 N. Wilma Avenue, Ripon, on the following matter: BUDGET - A budget hearing will be held for all interested citizens of the City of Ripon. This budget will be discussed at 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard. The proposed budget may be examined at City Hall, 259 N. Wilma Avenue, Ripon, CA between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday. All interested citizens will have the opportunity to give written and oral comments. PURSUANT TO SECTION 65009 OF THE GOVERNMENT CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN THAT IF SUCH PROPOSED BUDGET IS CHALLENGED IN COURT, SUCH CHALLENGE MAY BE LIMITED TO ONLY THOSE ISSUES RAISED AT THE PUBLIC HEARING OR IN WRITTEN CORRESPONDENCE DELIVERED TO THE CITY CLERK AT OR PRIOR TO THE PUBLIC HEARING. ALL INTERESTED PARTIES will be given an opportunity to appear and be heard by the City Council of the City of Ripon at said time and place pertaining to the above described matter.
