NOTICE OF PUBLIC BID SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOL PROJECT CIP 23006 (ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: $4,000,000) DOUBLE SEALED BIDS will be received by the City Clerk of the City of Manteca at 1001 W. Center Street, Manteca, California 95337 until 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday July 21, 2025, for the SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOL PROJECT CIP 23006. As soon as practical thereafter, sealed bids for the project will be publicly opened and read for performing work as follows: Furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment, and performing all work necessary and incidental to the construction of the project known as the Safe Routes to School Project CIP 23006 according to the plans and specifications as prepared by the City of Manteca and according to the Contract Documents. No Contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid proposal for a public works project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code Section 1725.5.
