PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR PROGRESSIVE-DESIGN-BUILD ENTITIES FOR LOS BANOS CIVIC CENTER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Los Banos is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified Progressive-Design-Build Entities (PBDEs) to provide design and construction services for the City of Los Banos Civic Center Project. All qualified consultants interested in providing these services are invited to submit their Statement of Qualifications. Selection will be made through a qualifications-based process pursuant to California Public Contract Code Section 10198. The RFQ and related materials are available for download on the City's website at: https://www.losbanos.org Submittals must be mailed or hand delivered to the City of Los Banos, 520 J Street, Los Banos, CA 93635, prior to 2:00 P.M. PST on Tuesday, September 2, 2025.
