PUBLIC NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE 2025-002 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 9, 2025, the City Council of the City of Riverbank adopted Ordinance 2025-001 entitled: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERBANK APPROVING REZONE NO. 02-2024 - SIERRA VILLAGE, REZONING 1.94+- ACRES TO PLANNED DEVELOPMENT (P-D), LOCATED AT 6509 CLAUS ROAD (APN: 132-048-016) The adopted ordinance establishes a Rezone to a new Planned Development (P-D) to allow for Residential uses and subdivide the subject property into twenty-seven (27) Planned Development single-family residential lots, located at 6509 Claus Road particularly described as Stanislaus County Assessor Parcel Number 132-048-016. The adopted Rezone to P-D will continue the consistency between the General Plan and Zoning Code, pursuant to Government Code Section 65860.
