PUBLIC NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE 2025-003 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 9, 2025, the City Council of the City of Riverbank adopted Ordinance 2025-001 entitled: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERBANK APPROVING REZONE NO. 01-2025 - MEADOWVIEW, REZONING 5.83+- ACRES, KNOWN AS THE MEADOWVIEW SUBDIVISION, TO PLANNED DEVELOPMENT (P-D), LOCATED AT 4537 CALIFORNIA AVENUE (APN: 062-021-007) The adopted ordinance establishes and approves rezoning 5.83+- acres to Planned Development (P-D) for property located at 4537 California Avenue, APN: 062-021-007 to allow for a thirty-one (31) lot single-family subdivision with alternative development standards. The adopted Rezone to P-D will continue the consistency between the General Plan and Zoning Code, pursuant to Government Code Section 65860.
