NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The City of Ripon City Council will hold a public hearing at a meeting on Monday, November 10, 2025 at 6:00 P.M. in The City of Ripon Council Chambers, 259 N. Wilma Ave., Ripon, on the following matter: ANNUAL REVIEW OF DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENTS - The City Council will conduct the mandatory annual review of the active development agreements for Calvary Reformed Church, Silverstone, Ripon Gardens II, The Vineyards, Meadowood, and Pereira Subdivision to determine whether or not the proponents have complied in good faith with the terms or conditions of their individual agreements. PURSUANT TO SECTION 65009 OF THE GOVERNMENT CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN THAT IF SUCH PROPOSED REVIEW IS CHALLENGED IN COURT, SUCH CHALLENGE MAY BE LIMITED TO ONLY THOSE ISSUES RAISED AT THE PUBLIC HEARING OR IN WRITTEN CORRESPONDENCE DELIVERED TO THE CITY COUNCIL AT OR PRIOR TO THE PUBLIC HEARING.
