NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hearing Officer of the City of Oakdale will hold an Administrative Hearing on WEDNESDAY, November 12, 2025, in the Public Services Department Conference Room located at 455 S. 5th Avenue, at 1:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter to consider the following: MINOR USE PERMIT NO. 2025-09: To consider a request for a Minor Use Permit to allow for the operation of a Private Gym on property located at 794 Wakefield Court (APN 064-044-065). The Applicant is requesting approval of a Minor Use Permit to allow for the operation of Sierra Athletics, LLC (dba Crossfit Oakdale), on property located at 794 Wakefield Court. The Applicant is proposing to operate from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: Minor Use Permit No. 2025-09 is exempt from further environmental review pursuant to Section 15301 (Existing Facilities) of the CEQA Guidelines. Interested individuals will be given an opportunity to speak in favor or opposition to the above proposal. Written comments are also accepted by the Public Services Department, prior to the hearing at 455 South Fifth Avenue, Oakdale, CA 95361.
