NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, subject to confirmation by this court, on March 23, 2026, at 8:30 A.M., Rebecca Weaver and Courtney Murphy, as Co-administrators of the above-named estate, will sell at public sale to the highest and best net bidder on the terms and conditions stated below all right, title, and interest of the decedent in the real property located in San Joaquin County, California. 2. This property is commonly referred to as 9555 S. Escalon-Bellota Road, Escalon, County of San Joaquin, CA 95320 assessor's parcel number 207-030-04, and is more fully described as follows: The land referred to is situated in the City of Escalon, County of San Joaquin, State of California, and is described as follows: The South 27 Acres of the East one-half (E 1/2) of the South one-half (5 1/2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/2) of Section 5, Township One South, Range Nine East (T 1S, R9E), Mount Diablo Base and Meridian. Excepting therefrom that portion described in Deed to William R. Cox, et ux., recorded January 22, 1964, in Book 2778 Page 292, San Joaquin County Records. APN: 207-030-04 3.
