PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Thursday, January 15, 2026, at or after 6:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 1001 W. Center Street, Manteca, California, a Public Hearing will be conducted by the Planning Commission of the City of Manteca at which time and place all personsmay attend and be heard on the following matter(s): Project: Airport Plaza Extension Project No.: SPC 21-99 and UPN 21-100 (Extension) Description: This is a request for an extension to an approved Site Plan & Design Review and a Minor Use Permit application to construct a commercial development consisting of a Chevron gas station with 16 fuel pumps, a 3,500-square foot Extra Mile Convenience Store with an attached drive-thru car wash, a 2,500-square-foot quick-service drivethru restaurant, a 1,900-square-foot restaurant building, and a 7,800-square-foot commercial building that will include 2,000 square feet for restaurant space, along with a courtyard with a water feature for visitors, and associated site landscaping. An Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration was prepared for the Project and adopted by the Planning Commission in December of 2023.
