Request for Information deadline will be March 26, 2026 and Responses deadline will be March 31, 2026. Only Proposals submitted to the District prior to the date and time set forth above for the public opening and reading of Proposals shall be considered. Proposals will be opened immediately following the proposal closing. The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any proposal or in the proposal process. The Contract for the Work, if awarded, will be by action of the District's Board of Education to the responsible Proposer(s) submitting the proposal(s) that best meets the District's needs detailed in the RFP document.
