PLACE FOR SUBMITTAL OF PROPOSALS: MANTECA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT OFFICE - 1st Floor Reception 2271 W Louise Ave Manteca, CA 95337 PROPOSALS: DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE BY REQUEST TO: MANTECA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT BRENDA ALVAREZ, PURCHASING AGENT 2271 W Louise Ave Manteca, CA 95337 balvarez@musd.net NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Manteca Unified School District, acting by and through its Board of Education, hereinafter "the District" will receive up to, but not later than the above-stated date and time, sealed proposals for the award of a Contract for the services generally described as: PRESCHOOL SERVICES - SUBCONTRACTOR Documents pertaining to the RFP are available on the District's website (Public Document Center - Documents - District Bids & RFP's - All Documents) on or after Thursday, February 26, 2026. Request for Information deadline will be March 26, 2026 and Responses deadline will be March 31, 2026. Only Proposals submitted to the District prior to the date and time set forth above for the public opening and reading of Proposals shall be considered. Proposals will be opened immediately following the proposal closing. The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any proposal or in the proposal process. The Contract for the Work, if awarded, will be by action of the District's Board of Education to the responsible Proposer(s) submitting the proposal(s) that best meets the District's needs detailed in the RFP document.
