ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID Notice is hereby given that the City of Oakdale Department of Public Services is opening the: NORTH 8TH AVENUE UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS for bid and is currently accepting bids for this project. The QuestCDN eBidDoc Number for this project is: 10129758 The City of Oakdale is now utilizing an electronic service provided by Quest Construction Data Network (CDN) to advertise project plans and specifications, track planholders and receive bids. Through this website link, potential bidders and builders exchanges can preview current projects at no charge or download project plans and specifications for a fee. Obtaining plans through this website automatically enters the bidder onto an electronic planholders list which will streamline distribution of addendums on behalf of the City. For this project, bids will ONLY be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service through www.QuestCDN.com. The City of Oakdale will receive bids electronically until 3:00pm, April 23, 2026. Bids shall be opened at that time, at the City of Oakdale Public Services Department, Engineering Division, 455 S. Fifth Avenue, Oakdale, California 95361, and read aloud. Bid received after that time will not be accepted. All interested parties may secure copies of the proposed contract documents from Quest Construction Data Network through the website listed above. There is a non-refundable fee of $22.00 for each set of Contract Documents and a non-refundable fee of $20.00 to bid on the project.
