PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TURLOCK A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., in the Yosemite Community Room (Council Chambers) at Turlock City Hall, 156 S. Broadway, Turlock, California, to consider amendments to Title 9 of the Turlock Municipal Code, including the addition of Chapter 5, Article 12, "Reasonable Accommodation Requests." These amendments would establish procedures for reasonable accommodation requests pursuant to fair housing laws and repeal and replace certain provisions of Title 9 to ensure consistency with these procedures. Challenges in court to any of the items identified in this public notice may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Turlock City Council at, or prior to, the public hearing.
