SUMMARY NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE ORDINANCE NO. 934 An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Ripon amending Chapter 9.23, "General Rules for City Parks," of the Ripon Municipal Code. The purpose of this ordinance is to clarify the process for obtaining a park use permit, specify when violations of park rules constitute an infraction or misdemeanor, and establish protections for open space areas controlled or operated by the City for park, recreation, or open space purposes. The first reading and introduction of this ordinance was March 10, 2026 and the second reading and adoption will take place at the April 14, 2026 City Council Meeting.
