PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF TURLOCK PUBLIC NOTICE OR INVITATION TO BID BID NO. 25-023 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the City of Turlock, County of Stanislaus, State of California, will receive bids for Transit Advertising Services. Specifications may be obtained from the office of Finance Department, City of Turlock, 156 South Broadway, Ste. 270, Turlock, California 95380, Phone: (209) 668-5402. Bids shall be submitted on the bid sheet provided or can be downloaded from the City's Purchasing website at http://www.turlock.ca.us; such bids shall include all necessary specifications. For additional technical information, you may email purchasing@turlock.ca.us. Each bid shall be sealed, marked with bid name and bid opening date. All proposals must be deposited with the Purchasing Officer, City of Turlock, 156 South Broadway, Ste. 270, Turlock, California 95380, on or before Thursday, April 23, 2026, by 3:00 p.m. (PST), at which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Conference Room at Municipal Services. Proposals submitted by mail must be mailed sufficiently in advance of the bid opening to ensure delivery to the above address prior to the specified opening time. City of Turlock assumes no responsibility for delay in delivery of the proposal either by the United States Post Office or after it is delivered to the City's central mailroom. No oral, telegraphic or telephone bids will be considered. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities or minor irregularities in a bid.
