Equipment includes, but is not limited to, a blast chiller/shock freezer, combi oven, floor mixer, automatic slicer, shelving systems, food transport carts, food pans, serving utensils, and sheet pans. Installation is not included in this procurement. A complete equipment specification list is included in the bid documents.
