Manteca Unified School District NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Manteca Unified School District Hereby Gives Notice that a Public Hearing will be held as follows: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE MANTECA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT APPROVING THE STATUTORY SCHOOL FEES IMPOSED ON NEW RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION PURSUANT TO EDUCATION CODE SECTION 17620 AND GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 65995 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees(the "Board") of the Manteca Unified School District (the "District") at its meeting on June 16, 2026, will conduct a Public Hearing to consider its report entitled, "School Facility Fee Justification Report" (the "Report") and consider adopting a Resolution of the District to Adopt Statutory School Fees Imposed on New Residential and Commercial/Industrial Construction Pursuant to Education Code Section 17620 and Government Code Section 65995. The Report justifying the Statutory School Fees, which is incorporated herein by this reference, is available for public review from June 5, 2026 through June 16, 2026 and is on file at the District's offices, as the following address: Manteca Unified School District 2271 W.
