SUMMARY NOTICE OF ADOPTED ORDINANCE ORDINANCE NO. 938 An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Ripon fixing the amount of money to be raised by taxation. The purpose of this ordinance is to fix the amount of money to be raised by taxation and the rate or rates of tax therefore necessary to carry on the various functions and departments of the City of Ripon. The first reading and introduction of this ordinance was July 14, 2026 and the second reading and adoption took place at the August 11, 2026 City Council Meeting by the following vote: AYES: Barton, Uecker, Restuccia, Zuber, de Graaf NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None This ordinance shall take legal effect 30 days from and after the date of its passage.
