PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TURLOCK A public hearing will be held on TUESDAY, April 14, 2026, AT 6:00 P.M., in the Yosemite Community Room (Council Chambers) of Turlock City Hall, 156 S. Broadway, Turlock, CA, to consider the following: amendments to the current City ordinance on Itinerant Vendors that will add regulation of Sidewalk Vendors to this current ordinance. The City Council will consider revocation of current Chapter 17 (Itinerant Vendors) of Title 5 (Public Welfare, Morals, and Conduct) that solely regulates Itinerant Vendors and its replacement of a new Chapter 17 (Itinerant Vendors and Sidewalk Vendors) of Title 5 (Public Welfare, Morals, and Conduct) that will regulate both Itinerant Vendors and Sidewalk Vendors. Challenges in court to any of the items identified in this public notice may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Turlock City Council at, or prior to, the public hearing.
