PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF TURLOCK PUBLIC NOTICE OR INVITATION TO BID NO. 2026-017 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the City of Turlock, County of Stanislaus, State of California, will receive bids for Streetlight Equipment and Illuminated Street Name Signs. Specifications may be obtained through the City's OpenGov Procurement Portal. Interested bidders must register and access the solicitation documents electronically at: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofturlock. All proposals must be submitted electronically through the OpenGov Procurement Portal. Paper submissions and proposals submitted in person or by mail will not be accepted. For additional technical information, you may email purchasing@turlock.ca.us. All proposals must be received electronically no later than Tuesday, June 30, 2026 by 3:00 p.m. (PST), at which time they will be publicly opened in the Conference Room at Municipal Services. No oral, telegraphic or telephone bids will be considered. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities or minor irregularities in a bid.
