NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ESCALON PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Escalon Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 2060 McHenry Ave, Escalon, California, on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at 6:30 PM to receive and consider evidence and reports relative to the following matters: APPLICATION 26-820 - TIME EXTENSION FOR TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP 1900 McHenry Avenue, Escalon CA 95320 | APN 227-100-170-000 Applicant is requesting a Time Extension for a previously approved Tentative Parcel Map Application to create separate parcels for the existing shopping center buildings and common open space areas (parking lot and landscaping). No new construction. This project qualifies for a CEQA Class 32 Categorical Exemption under Section 15332 In-Fill Development Projects. AT THE ABOVE HEARING, INTERESTED INDIVIDUALS will be given an opportunity to express opinions or speak in favor or opposition to the above proposal. Written comments filed prior to the meeting will be accepted by the Development Services Department. Information regarding the hearing is on file with the City and may be viewed by interested individuals at the office of the Development Services Department.
